I was formerly a managing partner of a well-known firm and retired from that role with a mission to found HealthCare Law in 2015 as a law firm specifically designed around healthcare clients.
I am a solicitor and trained at Bristol University and have published many articles on Healthcare Law, for example in journals such as the British Dental Journal, The Dentist, The Pharmacist and Retail Roundup. I am a guest lecturer in Commercial Law in the Law Faculty at the University of Kent and I am Chair of the UK Law Society SME Working Group and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Medicine. In autumn 2015, I co-wrote a practitioner text on Commercial Law which will be published in hardback in 2016 under Law Society Publishing. In 2016 I have been asked to guest lecture at University College London on Dental legal matters at the acclaimed Eastman Dental Institute.
In my spare time I am a Director of The Canterbury festival.
